Josie Lazzaro

CEO / Registered Conveyancer

Josie is a Registered Conveyancer and the owner and director of Metro Conveyancing. Josie opened the doors of Metro Conveyancing in July 2010, the culmination of over 20 years’ experience working in the conveyancing industry. Prior to the opening of Metro Conveyancing, Josie started and managed the Conveyancing Department at Mellor Olsson Lawyers, building the department from scratch and developing Mellor Olsson’s standing in the property law sector. She joined Mellor Olsson from Lempriere Abbott McLeod, where she worked from 1997 to 2015. It was there that she developed her knowledge and experience in mortgage work, taking on more responsibility to lead a team of up to 10 staff, growing the department and maintaining a strong base of referrers.

At 22, Josie became one of the youngest conveyancers to graduate from TAFE when she completed her Certificate IV in Landbroking. She continues to further her professional development through ongoing training with the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. Josie is committed to providing her clients with the best service possible. Utilising her outstanding communication skills, she listens to clients’ needs and wishes while working closely with all stakeholders in a transaction to get the best outcome for her clients. Josie works hard to ensure Metro Conveyancing is an industry leader, able to quickly adapt to technological changes and developments in the industry. Susie Provenzano

Conveyancer’s Assistant

Susie joined the Metro Conveyancing team as a Conveyancer’s Assistant in November 2013. She comes to conveyancing from a long career in Government, working for some time in the Crown Solicitor’s Office. Susie earned an AICSA Certificate in Practical Skills in 2014. In her work as a Conveyancer’s Assistant, Susie demonstrates attention to detail, strong customer service and excellent administration and clerical skills.

Susie loves being part of the amazing team at Metro Conveyancing, enjoying the varied work and the busy aspects of the industry, and achieving Metro’s our ultimate goal: settlement for our clients.
